Our members bring decades of experience, knowledge, and leadership continuing to shape policy, guide reforms, and strengthen educational quality nationwide.

Our mission is simple: to give back with wisdom, lead with integrity, and serve with unwavering dedication.

Vision
Retired Education Directors providing lifelong qualitative educational services to humanity.
Mission
To provide various forms of support towards the achievement of qualitative education in Nigeria and contribute meaningfully to the welfare of retired Directors of Education.
Objectives
- Encourage and support efforts at enhancing quality assurance, transparency, accountability and good governance in the education sector
- Avail serving officers of the ideas, experiences and expertise of its members
- Facilitate social interactions and post service welfare of members within the limits of the ethics of our noble profession
Attaining the Objectives
The Association shall establish partnerships with government(s) and other stakeholders in attaining its objectives and in accordance with the National Policy on Education.
